Vata season, or Fall/Autumn to early Winter, brings qualities to the environment and our bodies/minds that are light, dry, cold, mobile, subtle and rough. The ether and air elements dominate the energy of this time, which might make you feel carefree or creative, but it also might make you feel spacey or scattered.
